Personally, I think it's quite well drawn. You've captured the character of Pinkie Pie decently enough - the bouncing pink pony with nought a care in the world.
What confuses me, however, is that just moments after meeting someone new (PINKIE PARTY GO!), she becomes depressed. But, that's story, and artistical work.
As said, everything's well drawn, I love drawings of Discord.
