FIRST IMPRESSION:
D'aww!
My first thought? This is so. So. So adorable ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh. But, well, I can't be sentimental when critiquing, can I? <3

IN GENERAL:
I have to be honest, they are all adorable! For some weird reason I don't particularly like the way you drew Pinkie and Dashie (the way you drew Twilight's bangs and her expression ... simply priceless!) but that is, of course, personal preference. Applejack and RD fighting? That's great! Love how you tried to subtly show their relationships in here - AJ and RD being competitive as always, even as fillies, Twilight being in the center as she is the 'main' character, Pinkie playful as always and Fluttershy being oh so tentatively shy. Rarity is looking with a slightly disdainful expression at RD and AJ, but it seems as if she's really just being as elegantly worried as always... and trying to hold back her laughter.

VISION:
I love it! I have never thought of fillies going to a good home, and this is such a d'awwdorable idea! I can see what you were going for (a cute coloured sketch!) and I think that it's great! I may even write an one-shot for this, actually. It's that meaningful.

ORIGINALITY:
Well, as I mentioned above I haven't seen this idea crop up much but I'm not giving this 4 stars due to the fact I've seen some similar works before (not exactly the same of course, but fillies + giving away isn't that hard of an idea to think up). However, this is the first time I've seen something like this so I'm giving you 3 and a half stars c:

TECHNIQUE:
Let me put this blatantly - it's a sketch. A great, endearingly adorable one, but a sketch nonetheless. Coloured? Great! Sketch? Alright, I can see that you didn't want to put too much effort into a seed of an idea. However, should you polish it up a little more, that'd be awesome. If you decide to leave it like this, that's fine by me too. The rough look kind of lends it an older feeling ... I don't know why, it just does. The fact that you can see pencil marks and such deducts points, and the bland background as well - though I like how it contrasts with the colourful six~

IMPACT:
Blame it on my soft heart, but seriously. I love this. I love this so so so much. I want to squeeze them and ... just ... never let go. If that's not enough for nearly 5 stars, I don't know what is! I can't give you 5 since those are reserved for truly breathtaking masterpieces and, much as this is adorable like nothing else, I'm afraid it's not quite deserving of 5 (some may say I'm being a little generous, even).

OVERALL:
This is an amazingly 'eeeeeefan-girlsqueal' piece, and you should be proud of it! It could be improved with some more polishing and time, but hey, it's already pretty cute so I won't blame you if you don't want to spend any more time on it. Oh, and by the way ... as for who I'd take home:
- FLUTTERSHY. Biased because she's my favourite BUT SHE'S D'AWWABLE AS ALWAYS <3
- Twilight. The way you portrayed her. Just ... eeee.
- EVERYONE. I'd feel bad if I didn't and they're all pretty cute (except Dashie just ... :S I don't know, I don't like her that much and I ship Flutterdash as my OTP so something's wrong! XD Pinkie's hair just puts me off) But hey, love and tolerate, yeah~? <3
